ACI would like to announce our recent project completions for the 2010-2011 work year. These projects represent a total of over 500,000 sqft. of successfully installed building envelopes and interior fit ups.

ACI would like to bring in the new year by announcing that Smartwall TM building system has performed exceptionally well in the design testing rounds at NCSU Construction Facilities Laboratory. Our system is trippling the design standards in terms of engineered performance. According to our test result Smartwall TM product has one of the highest strength to weight ratios in the Market.

American Craftsmen Inc., is delighted to announce that we have joined with North Carolina State University to perform further testing on the ACI Smartwall composite building system. As of this Thursday ACI has officially signed off on a Testing Agreement that will be directed by distinguished Professor of Civil Engineering and Construction Dr. Sami Rizkalla at the NCSU Constructed Facilities Laboratory (CFL).The ACI team looks forward to our products performance which will assist in the commercialization. http://www4.ncsu.edu/~srizkal/

Congratulations to Mr. Rubio in being awarded the Movers and Shakers Award for displaying innovative initiatives within American Craftsmen. This award was presented by the Bussiness Leader media. Mr. Rubio will be honored at a ceremony on September 23, 2010 in Raleigh and will be featured in the October 2010 issue of Business Leader magazine.

Currently Mr. Rubio is in Haiti and will be back on Wednesday. Mr. Rubio will be meeting with community leaders, the Building Back a Better Haiti organization, and the grassroots networks we have been nurturing in the last 3 months. American Craftsmen is delighted to announce the Grand Opening of the new addition and renovation to Wake County Public School Wake Forest-Rolesville High School. Today marks the grand opening of the new state-of-the-art 50 million dollar facility. American Craftsmen performed all interior and exterior metal framing, related moisture resistant system, gypsum sheathing, complete interior fit-out of all classrooms, auditorium, media center, cafeteria, offices and Gymnasium.
